Baseball

Baseball has always been a part of my life. Some of my earliest (happiest) memories take place in the Astrodome in Houston, Texas.  My dad introduced me to the beauty of the strategy of the game and guided me past the spectacle of professional sports.  Other kids were Superman; I was Nolan Ryan.

I doubt my daughter will dream of hitting homeruns or pitching no-hitters, but that's okay...as long as she goes to a game with me once in awhile.
